About

My sculpture takes a critical view of the personal turmoil I experience as well as the trials of others, often referencing the way people respond to different triggers in life. My work explores relationships involving found objects and life casting that provide a personal tangible connection to my scenarios. My sculpture reproduces the raw emotion of an individual’s psychological breakdown. My artwork aims to create the common ground needed for my audience to be able to connect with these experiences and provide pathways of communication for one another. My knowledge of traditional techniques in metal-working and fabrication along with a clarity of form creates minimal visual confusion for the viewer.
